My Dream, My Future

If you were to ask a child what he/she wants to become when he/she grows up, and he/she would answer to become a doctor, or a teacher or engineer and even a nurse.

When I was still a child and someone would ask me what will I be when I grow up, I would immediately answer to be a successful nurse someday. And if they ask why I would answer that I want to help others in any simple way I can. I would like my star to be shining brightly. I also dream of working abroad and receiving a high salary. I would like to help my family because life nowadays is so hard. I would like to give them a good and comfortable life.

It was just a simple dream for now. But someday when the right time comes, I would like to see myself finally happy because of my achieved dreams.

"Change: It Starts With Me"

Open your eyes and look around you. After how many days, months and years, observe again. Is there any changes you can see? Can you see improvements to our country?

This past few years until now, many phenomenons are happening not only to our country but to the whole world. We are suffering from climate change. and now we are experiencing intense typhoons, floods , erosion and others. This is because of our daily activities. Are we not aware of what is happening to our nature? Or we see but we don't care. I am not sure but as we can realize and as we can observe, Mother Nature is pleasing us and keeps on telling us that we must change.

I am only a student. But even if I'm only one, I can make a small difference. I can make a simple but meaningful things to contribute for the nature. In these small simple ways, I know that many student leaders will do the same.

It's almost late. Our species are on the edge that our efforts are needed to improve life, save life. We long to do great and noble task. But we may accomplish small task only. But no matter how small the task we can do, let us consider them great. For you and I and each individual can make a difference.

My Kannawidan Experience

In the middle of January and February, we are celebrating the Kannawidan Festival. The said festival was really great. Many stars shined during this festivity.
Many activities were done on this occasion. One of it was the Miss Ambassadress which was participated by one of my friend. Eventhough I'm not there during the contest proper, I have heard that the pageant was great. Some showbiz stars came which made the audience shout at the top of their voices. During the said occasion, there is always the trade fair. We can see there the different products of the different places here in the Philippines. I enjoyed going around the trade fair together with my friends. We saw different products of different towns and places. After that, we also watched the Miss Saniata 2011. The pageant was great. I saw Isabel Oli and Drew. The candidates were really lovely.
That was only a simple experience of mine during the Kannawidan Festival. But eventhough it was just simple, I had a fun time together with my friends.

My January 25

The 25th day of January was a very remarkable day for us CAT officers for we have proven again that we really deserve to be called as CAT Officers of ISNHS.
It was still early in the morning when I went to school for we will march in front of the city hall together. I was so nervous because I'll be the one to command and platoon and for me it was a great honor. When we arrived there, we saw different CAT's at different schools. We were not afraid because we know that we are better than them. Then the parade starts. We have to should as loud as we can and march until the end. We didn't mind the heat of the sun instead we did our best. It was very happy and overwhelming to hear comments from other people that we are very good and much better than the others. After the parade, we were all tired and exhausted so we decided to eat at mcDo without knowing that we have a meeting at the school. When we were on our way to school, someone called us and told that we will be having a meeting but its too late because when we arrived at the school, the meeting was dismissed and we were scolded by Sir Rabaca.
This day will really mark a special part of our lives.
