Magandang Pagsasamahan Tungo sa Maayos at Maunlad na Lipunan

Wherever we go, even to the farthest country in the world, we Filipinos are known. Known for every good traits we posses and for how we treat each other.

When you walk along the streets, sit down a vehicle or at the grocery store and even at malls you can see your fellowmen smiling at you and asking how are you which proves that they care and love you and shows that they remember you.

Whenever we have ocassions, even though we don't have that enough money, we really do anything just to have foods in the table. We don't want to disappoint our visitors. Thats why we are loved by others because of our good way of treating them. And because of this, do doubt we are progressing. We are achieving a good relationship not only to our fellowmen but also from the other countries.

Good relationship to others is so much useful. It binds us together to build a better and productive country.

My Semestral Break

No words can explain how my semestral break is. I didn't feel that full joy and happiness and neither full sadness and sorrow. Instead it's a mixture of different feelings that nobody else can explain.
Let me start on the first days of this semestral break. It was started with the SK election. 'Twas such a very nervous day because we are not sure if we will be going to have the chance to serve our barangay as SK officials. The day ended with great sadness and disappointment but this doesn't stop our celebration. Despite of the great disappointment, we didn't hesitate to wear a smile and celebrate for the job well done even if our chairman and some of our kagawad didn't win. After the election, boredom killed me. The whole day was spent in watching, sleeping, eating and texting. Then I decided to go out the next day. I went to school first before watching a movie. Unexpectedly, we were forced to join the raniag vigan city twilight festival because they lack dancers. We can't refuse the offer of our teacher so without any hesitation we joined. it was the start of a tiring and exhausting days. We practiced for almost 3 days only and we were able to come up with a good performance. Until the most awaited night for us comes. Nervousness covered our eyes but we are dedicated to win. Hope reigns in our hearts that we will bring home the bacon. And when the contest begin, we just enjoyed dancing and didn't mind the sweat of tiredness. In the end, we loose. The saddest part of my semestral break was on November 1. We didn't expect that behind the smile painted on our faces was an accident. While going back home, me and my father met an accident because of an astray animal. I wasn't able to think any at that moment. But I am still thankful to God that we are still alive.
With these happenings, my semestral break marked a very big part on my life. Experiences that will never be forgotten for the rest of my life.

Breaking Barriers Through English

Our government must improve and give more attention to the importance of quality and standard of education. And the dream of the Department of Education is to give more emphasis of the literacy level of every Filipino family especially the use of English language.
Eight years ago, the Philippines was one among the five bottom of the examination given to the countries using English. What happened?
Lack of comprehension. Poor vocabulary and wrong use of grammar. We must have measures to be taken to improve the English proficiency of our educational system.
The question is, our DepEd continues hiring poor teachers to mold our pupils and students. Bests mentors said that build an atmosphere that attract our learners in every classroom. Let us ask that factor to the personality of a teacher; a teacher to face the 50 students in a classroom. Some classrooms don't have enough books, dictionaries, newspapers, magazines, charts, and pictures use in everyday discussion of the lesson. Pictures mean a thousand words.
Another problem that faces us is our attitudes as learners. We are fond of gossips, and other unusual characteristics. Instead, we must engaged ourselves to a nice conversation using English. We must listen to knowledgeable and good speakers, watch and listen to t.v newscasts using English as medium of language.
The old said that there are Grade 7 graduates who are better in English than our high school graduates now. Let us discover the reason.
Look at our countrymen who are abroad as domestic helpers, they could hardly express themselves in English language with their employers. Some cannot write their messages and notes in English. Poor Filipinos.
Now, we are ready to compete with other countries using English as an international medium of conversation. Let us improve first our English proficiency.

Filipinnovation, The Way Forward

Philippines is rich not only with natural resources but also with bright people. That's why Philippines is not that last and being left by other countries when it comes to beauties, talents and minds. No doubt, Filipinos are talented.
But why is it that Filipinos are being left by other countries when it comes to technology? We cannot be compared to modern inventions to those countries such as China. I think it is on our facilities. We lack that enough sources of facilities especially money. The government cannot supply us enough budget to produce new inventions or modern technologies. We don't also have good classrooms or schools for students who have the brain and potentials. In short the government cannot supply us enough facilities needed by students.
The time is not yet late. We are not yet at the edge. We long to do great and noble task. But we may consider small task only. No matter how small the task we can do, let us consider them great. For you and I and each individual can make a difference.

My Teacher, My Hero

"Teachers open the door, but we must enter it by ourselves."

As everyone say, "teacher is the noblest profession." And I do agree with it because without our teachers there'd be no nurses, doctors, accountant, engineers and others. Teachers starts life.
During the 8 hours in 5 days, our teachers are our second parents in school. and these 8 hours in 5 days, our teachers have already given us informations about things. They feed us enough informations in order to be ready in facing life. Sacrifices is one of the greatest gift they can give us. Even if we students are very naughty, they always understand and go with us. They are our counselors when we have problems. and that's how they love us.
Whatever happens, I will never forget my teachers for they were the one who teaches me how to live my life wisely and properly. Without them, I wouldn't be able to be what I am now. And to all the teachers, I SALUTE YOU!

Entering worlds

The day I entered 4th year, I have already learned and discovered a lot. I have entered the world of blogging. Blogging or blog is not not a familiar word for me before. But when I entered ICT IV, I was familiarized by this word and tried entering its world. And aside from my entrance in the world of blogging, my knowledge is expanded in the worlds of Physics and Chemistry.
As I am learning, problems or challenges comes my way. I am really hard-up in Physics and so with Chemistry because of lot of computations. And I really hate numbers thats why it's so hard for me to cope up. But I have to solve this problem so I listened well during class discussions inorder to understand well the lesson. I also read some books when I am in the mood.
Moving on, I will continue listening attentively and improve my study habits.

Buwan ng Wika

Sa Pangangalaga ng Wika at Kalikasan,
Wagas na Pagmamahal, Talagang Kailangan

Being in the Philippines for me is such a honor. I'm very proud to be in this country and a person to be called a Filipino.
Every country has their own identities. And in our country is our very own Filipino language. But sadly, only few are using it. It makes me wonder if they are not proud of their own language and that they are using language which are not ours. But we can't please them to use it because we have our own dialects we are preserving. And because of this, when we talk with other Filipinos, we can't understand each other. And it's so sad to look that you can't understand your fellowmen.
Our country is also famous with our natural resources. But I think it was just our nature in the past. As we can see it nowadays, It was already limited. But at least we can see lots of improvements. Some of them were improved but the others were already destroyed. And how can we save it if we were the one destroying it.
How can we carry our country up if we were the one putting it down? The change must start from ourselves. If we really want change, start it from using our national language and taking care of our nature. Love the things we have. Love the things we own. Love is all we need. Fellow Filipinos, MOVE!

Sa Pagkain ng Tama at Sapat, Wastong Timbang ni Baby ang Katapat

Fruits, vegetables and milk and other are some of the foods man should eat. Specially to the pregnant moms. Eating the right foods are really very important not only for her but for her child. She should not eat fatty and unrecommended foods in order for the baby to be healthy. Drinking liquors and alcohols are also prohibited. Taking drugs is also dangerous for the baby. Balance diet is really needed. Never skip your food. Always make sure that all the foods you take are good for your baby. Never take unprescribed drugs. In this case, the baby would be born healthy.
